These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Algoriser website (algoriser.com), web application (app.algoriser.com), and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Algoriser ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Algoriser is a statistical data utility for NSE equity markets. The Service provides:

• Real-time algorithmic breakout scanners (Day Pro, Swing Pro, Invest Pro)
• Live sector heatmaps across 18 NSE sectors
• Market breadth analytics (Advance/Decline, 52-week highs/lows)
• Instant Telegram alerts for detected scanner signals

All scanner outputs are algorithmic pattern detections generated by rule-based mathematical models and are provided for informational purposes only.

2. Not Investment Advice

Algoriser is NOT a registered investment advisor, research analyst, or portfolio manager. The Service does not provide:

• Buy, sell, or hold recommendations
• Personalized investment advice
• Guaranteed trading outcomes or returns
• Tips, calls, or subjective market opinions

All data provided through the Service is purely objective, rule-based analytical output. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Trading in equities involves risk, and past scanner performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account and Access

• Access to the Service requires a valid mobile phone number for OTP-based authentication.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute access to the Service.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription and Payments

• Trial: ₹99 for 7 days of full access. One-time payment, no auto-renewal.
• Monthly: ₹999 per month. Billed monthly.
• Annual: ₹5,999 per year. Billed annually.

All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, SuperProfile. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges will be applied.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period (except during the trial period — see our Refund Policy).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, algorithms, data, and branding associated with the Service are the exclusive property of Algoriser. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service using automated tools
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
• Misrepresent Algoriser's scanner outputs as personal investment recommendations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algoriser shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from trading decisions made using data provided by the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Disclaimer

Algoriser is a statistical data utility. All scanner outputs are algorithmic pattern detections for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided. Always apply your own research and risk management before making trading or investment decisions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sikar, Rajasthan, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
