Refund Policy

At Algoriser, we want you to be fully satisfied with your experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are provided.

1. Trial Subscription (₹99)

• The ₹99 trial provides full access to Algoriser for 7 days.
• It is a one-time payment with no auto-renewal. You will not be charged again automatically.
• If you are not satisfied during the trial period, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Refund requests made after the 7-day trial period has ended will not be processed.

2. Monthly Subscription (₹999/month)

• Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
• Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing period.
• Refund requests for monthly plans are considered on a case-by-case basis within 48 hours of renewal.

3. Annual Subscription (₹5,999/year)

• Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment for 12 months of access.
• Refund requests for annual plans are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.
• After 7 days, no refunds will be provided for annual subscriptions.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@algoriser.com with the following information:

• Your registered mobile number
• Date of purchase
• Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Requests made after the eligible refund window has passed
• Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Use
• Dissatisfaction with trading outcomes (Algoriser is a data utility, not an investment advisor — trading decisions are your own responsibility)

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
